Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Michele Flaherty (“Michele Flaherty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website micheleflaherty.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use the contact form on the Site, you provide your name, email address, and the message you choose to send. You are not required to provide any other information to browse the Site.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information needed to operate and secure the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. The Site also loads typography from Google Fonts; when it does, Google may receive your IP address as part of serving those font files.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. We do not build advertising profiles about you.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries you send through the contact form;
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the Site, including our website host and form-processing provider (Netlify) and our font provider (Google Fonts). These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy terms.
Text messaging (SMS)
The Site does not collect phone numbers from visitors, and submitting the contact form does not enroll you in any text-message program. Any SMS notifications operated by Michele Flaherty are transactional, internal operational alerts sent only to recipients who provided their own mobile number and consented to receive them. Phone numbers used for these notifications are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your message and to maintain ordinary business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us by emailing admin@micheleflaherty.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
